Maciej Koniarek is an experienced software engineering professional with a background in agile delivery and the management of software development teams. Currently serving as a Software Engineer Manager at ANS Group since April 2022, Maciej oversees a diverse team and has previously held roles as Lead and Senior Software Engineer, focusing on high-quality applications utilizing PHP, JavaScript, and various frameworks. Prior to ANS Group, Maciej was the Managing Director at nue.digital, where business management and the development of high-performance web applications were priorities. Additional roles include Director at Senc, Web Developer at Spectrum Brands, and FutureNext, and Project Manager at Waters Corporation, showcasing a strong foundation in both backend and front-end development across various technologies. Maciej holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
