Rachelle White

Rachelle White serves as the Group Talent Manager at The ANSA McAL Group since November 2022. Prior to this role, Rachelle White was the Human Resource Manager, Administration at Republic Bank (Barbados) Limited from July 2013 to October 2022, overseeing a team in recruitment, onboarding, training, organizational development, and the implementation of the Human Resource Information System, PeopleSoft. Rachelle White's earlier experience includes working as a Human Resource Consultant at Barclays Investment Bank and as Operations People Programme Project Officer, as well as an intern at Ansa McAl Barbados. Rachelle White's foundational career at Barclays Capital included roles in HR onboarding and collateral management. Rachelle White holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Organisational Analysis from King's College London and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Economics from Queen's University. Early education was completed at St. Joseph's Convent (POS).
