Leanna Canhigh-Gene

Leanna Canhigh-Gene is a finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Finance Manager at ANSA Merchant Bank since July 2018, Leanna has progressed through various roles including Senior Accountant and Accountant. Prior experience includes a position as Group Reporting Accountant at The ANSA McAL Group and several roles at First Citizens, where Leanna advanced from Accounting Assistant to Assistant Accountant. Leanna's early career includes positions at Home Construction Limited, Atlantic LNG, Guardian Group Trinidad and Tobago, and The National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of the West Indies and professional training through ACCA.
