Terra Saffen

Terra is in charge of the day to day management of the Santa Ana Call Center. She has over 15 years in management and has been recognized for her organizational, efficiency, and priority management skills with developing others into leadership roles. Terra is a self-proclaimed science fiction fan and says she gets more life advice from Dumbledore than anyone else.
