Zhe Wei

Zhe (David) Wei is an experienced operations executive with a strong background in logistics and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for West Coast at SHEIN since April 2023, Zhe has previously held key positions including Global Logistics VP at VeSync, where responsibilities included managing logistics for brands like Etekcity, Levoit, and Cosori. Zhe's experience extends to roles at TP-Link USA Corp. as Vice President of Supply Chain and Senior Director of Logistics & Operations, and at Newegg.com as Operations Manager and Logistics Business/Project Manager. Zhe also worked as a Key Account Manager at Procter & Gamble. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. in Operations Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management and an engineering degree from Harbin Institute of Technology, supplemented by an exchange program at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
