Pouya Tavakkoli

Pouya Tavakkoli is an experienced Technical Quality Engineer at Ansaldo Nucleare, leading the supply of the European part of the ITER Vacuum vessel project since February 2016. Prior to this role, Pouya worked as a QA/QC Inspector and Expeditor as well as an International Welding Engineer from September 2013 to January 2016, focusing on welding inspection and document approval in compliance with relevant standards. Pouya's earlier experience includes serving as a QA/QC Welding Inspector at Industrial & Engineering Inspection Co. (IEI) from June 2008 to July 2013, ensuring quality assurance and quality control in oil and gas projects. Educational qualifications include an International Welding Engineer certification from the IIW-Authorized National Body for education of welding personnel and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Production Technologies/Technicians from Islamic Azad University.
