Chantelle Staples has a diverse work experience in the field of design and graphics. Chantelle started their career in 2010 as a Mid-weight Graphic Designer at Loyalty Media, where they worked on various projects including Giftrap magazine, Dynamic Business, and Home & Giving catalogues. Chantelle later became a Senior Graphic Designer at Loyalty Media, taking on additional responsibilities such as leading the design of Giftrap magazine and being an art director for cover photo shoots.

In 2012, Chantelle joined Best & Less as a Graphic Designer, where they worked on designing print and online publications, including catalogues, ads, brochures, and online content. Chantelle also collaborated with a creative agency to design catalogues and art directed fashion photo shoots. During their time at Best & Less, they demonstrated their ability to manage projects from initial concept through to final artwork.

In 2013, Chantelle joined Staples Australia Pty Limited as a Graphic Designer, where they continued to work on various design projects, including managing the online shop and content. Chantelle also played a role as an art director for a bed linen packaging photo shoot.

Chantelle's next employment was at General Assembly in 2016, where they worked as a UX Teaching Assistant for their educational programs. Chantelle helped students understand and apply UX design principles.

In 2015, Chantelle joined Domain.com.au as a Senior Digital Designer, where they worked on digital design projects for the company.

Most recently, Chantelle joined Ansarada in 2018, where they have held multiple roles. Chantelle started as a Product Designer and then progressed to the position of Senior Product Designer. Currently, they are working as a Design Manager, leading and managing a team.

Chantelle Staples has a diverse educational background in design and user experience. In 2006, they enrolled at the University of Wollongong and completed a Bachelor of Creative Arts, with a major in Graphic Design & New Media, in 2009.

In 2014, they attended ADMA and completed a course focused on Copywriting Essentials. Chantelle then furthered their education by pursuing User Experience Design at General Assembly in 2015.

Their most recent educational experience was at The Interaction Design Foundation, where they obtained several certifications. In 2019, they earned a Member Certificate, and in 2021, they achieved Distinction in the course "Design for the 21st century with Don Norman - Top 10% in class." Additionally, they obtained a certification in Human-Computer Interaction from the same institution in 2021.

Chantelle also holds a certification in "Storytelling for Influence" from IDEO U, obtained in 2018.
