Kasun Ruparathna

Kasun Ruparathna is an experienced manufacturing operations manager with a strong background in surgical and household glove production. Currently serving as the Manager of Manufacturing Operations at Ansell since July 2021, Kasun leads the Surgical Glove Manufacturing segment and focuses on achieving long-term business targets through coaching in the Ansell Production System. Prior to this role, Kasun held various positions at Dipped Products PLC from January 2012 to June 2021, culminating in the role of Production Manager, where responsibilities included managing the household glove manufacturing operations and project leadership for the DPL Production System. Kasun's early career included roles at Ceylon Cold Stores PLC as an Undergraduate Intern. Kasun holds an MBA from the University of Colombo and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Moratuwa.
