Koshali Fernando

Koshali Fernando is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation and research and development within the industrial sector. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Innovation at Ansell since July 2012, Koshali is responsible for strategic innovation planning across six business units, focusing on technology roadmapping and new product development. Prior roles at Ansell include establishing the Vietnam R&D department and leading projects related to polyurethane and nitrile butadiene coatings. Before joining Ansell, Koshali worked at 3M as a Lab Analyst, where responsibilities included sample testing and troubleshooting manufacturing issues. Koshali holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science and Chemistry from St. Cloud State University and a Master of Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University.
