Ramy Tolba

Ramy Tolba is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across diverse markets. Currently serving as Cluster Director for Emerging Markets at Ansell since May 2015, Ramy oversees strategic planning, cross-functional engagements, cultural and diversity initiatives, and sustainable growth with full P&L responsibility. Prior to Ansell, Ramy held several key positions at 3M, including Vertical Leader for Oil & Gas in EMEA and APAC, and Division Manager for the Personal Safety Division. Ramy's career began after earning a B.Eng in Chemical Engineering from Swansea University, following completion of A levels in Mathematics, Biology, and Chemistry. Ramy has consistently demonstrated a commitment to driving growth, market expansion, and team development throughout a successful career spanning over 18 years.
