Rich O'Hanna

Rich O'Hanna is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and communications strategy. Currently serving as Senior Product Manager at Ansell since July 2019, Rich is responsible for the vision, strategy, and road map of the global Ansell Guardian product portfolio. Prior to this role, Rich spent nearly two decades at ADP, where responsibilities included Vice President of Shared Services, overseeing communication strategies and organizational effectiveness, and Vice President of Product Services, managing cloud-based product releases. Rich also held the position of Vice President of Product Management, directing the flagship ADP Workforce Now platform, and Senior Director of Product Management/Marketing, focusing on product requirements and market analysis. Rich holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Metropolitan Campus.
