Rikard Froberg

President of the Industrial Global Business Unit (IGBU).

Rikard Froberg succeeded Neil Salmon as President of Ansell's Industrial Global Business Unit (IGBU) on September 1, 2021 and is based in Ansell's corporate office in Iselin, New Jersey.

Rikard joined Ansell in 2010 as VP Corporate M&A and Strategy. In this role, he led Ansell's global M&A work and the annual corporate strategic planning process. In 2013, Rikard took the role as VP Finance, Business Development and Emerging Markets for the Industrial GBU, with a professional focus on growing the Industrial business in emerging markets globally.

Prior to joining Ansell, Rikard held several roles with Ahlsell AB, a leading MRO distributor in the Nordic region. As an Executive Leadership Team member with Ahlsell, Rikard held roles including Country MD for Denmark and Latvia and Head of Corporate Strategy and M&A. Rikard has also held management positions with McKinsey & Company in Sweden. He holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden and a Master of Arts in Financial Mathematics from Columbia University in New York.
