Tom Pilkington

Tom Pilkington has over three decades of experience in sales and management within the medical and industrial sectors. Currently serving as the National Sales Manager for EMS & Government Sales in North America at Ansell since 2009, Tom has held various roles, including Distribution Sales Manager for Medical Markets and Regional Sales Manager following the acquisition of Microflex brands by Ansell. Previously, Tom worked as a Territory Manager at CR Bard, where responsibilities included starting Venetec International through liquidation. Earlier career positions include Regional Director at Maxxim Medical and Senior Sales Representative and Sales Trainer at Becton Dickinson. Tom's career began as a District Manager at Dayco Corporation. Tom holds a degree from Bentley University, completed in 1984.
