Katie Sweet serves as the EVP and Head of Talent at Ansira, where responsibilities include leading the global people and culture strategy with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and leadership development, total rewards, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. With over 20 years of experience across various environments, Katie has held key HR roles at Deloitte, Essilor, and Neiman Marcus, specializing in HR strategies related to organization design, change management, and M&A activities. Katie holds a BBA in Business and French from Western Michigan University.
