Matt Baker

Matt Baker has over 20 years of work experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Matt is currently the VP of Software Engineering at Ansira, a position they have held since April 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Engineering at Sincro, an Ansira company, from April 2020 to April 2021. Matt's previous experiences include being the VP of Engineering at OfficeSpace.com from May 2018 to April 2020, and the VP of Engineering at Upside Commerce, Inc. from December 2015 to May 2018. Matt also held various roles at HTC, including Director of Software Engineering, Senior Software Development Manager, and Software Development Manager. Before that, they worked as a Lead Software Engineer at Dashwire and a Senior Software Engineer at Nominum. Matt started their career as a Staff Engineer at Wavelink, where they played a key role in the development and leadership of various software projects.

Matt Baker attended Carleton University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Engineering. Matt also pursued a Master's of Software Engineering (partial) at Seattle University.
