Shigil Gangadharan is a seasoned technical architect with extensive experience in product development and management. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Architect at ansrsource since June 2019, Shigil has successfully established and led a product development team, focusing on building a skilled group that delivers exceptional results. Previous roles include Manager of Tools & Technologies and Programming and Learning Solutions at the same company, where Shigil oversaw the programming team and implemented strategies for operational excellence. Prior to ansrsource, Shigil held various positions at Aptara, including Programming Manager and Associate Programming Design Manager, contributing significantly to custom development and systems integration. Earlier career experience includes roles at Indegene Lifesystems and Softway Solutions, where Shigil honed skills in software development, architecture, and project management.
