Emily Lynch

Emily Lynch is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial performance and reporting across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Business Performance at Ansvar Insurance Australia since July 2023, Emily previously held multiple roles at IAG from October 2019 to August 2023, including Finance Manager overseeing intermediated business and reporting, as well as Finance Analyst for complex portfolios. Earlier experience includes a contractor position at Lloyds Banking Group, providing performance reporting, and senior financial analyst roles at Spark New Zealand, where responsibilities spanned cost management, financial modeling, and budgeting. Emily holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Massey University.
