Alexis Car is a seasoned banking professional with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as the Head of Retail Business Performance and Steering at Raiffeisen Bank International AG since December 2010. Alexis leads the transformation of the Affluent & Private Banking segments, focusing on digital channels and client growth, while overseeing major organizational projects and best-practice implementations. Previously, Alexis held senior roles at Raiffeisen International Bank-Holding AG, where responsibilities included enhancing affluent banking operations across several countries in Central and Eastern Europe and driving sales effectiveness initiatives. Alexis holds a Master's in Business Administration & Economics from WU Vienna and is a Certified European Financial Advisor. Additional education includes programs at Harvard Business School and experience as an SAP Senior Consultant at Capgemini.
