Michelle Hay

Michelle Hay is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry with extensive experience in management, strategy development, and customer experience. Currently serving as the National Manager for SME and Packages at Ansvar Insurance Australia since March 2023, Michelle leads the SME distribution strategy and underwriting team. Prior roles include Head of Growth and Customer Experience at Latitude Financial Services and General Manager for SME, Consumer, and Platforms at Allianz Australia, where strategic initiatives and team leadership were key focuses. Michelle's career also spans other significant positions in operational leadership and program direction at Zurich Financial Services Australia, as well as customer experience design roles at Suncorp and Vero. Educationally, Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Administration from the University of Canberra and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the Australian Institute of Management.
