Anna Trakhman

Anna Trakhman is a UX Researcher currently employed at Starbucks since May 2024 and serves as a Senior UX Researcher at AnswerLab since December 2021. Anna develops and implements qualitative user research studies for various Fortune 100 companies, analyzes data, and presents insights to inform product decisions. Previous experience includes roles at Chegg Inc. as a User Experience Research Intern and Liberty Mutual Insurance in various user research and product delivery positions. Anna has also worked as a Consignment Specialist at Wonderland Gear Exchange and contributed as a Trip Coordinator at The University of Georgia. Anna holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Economics from The University of Georgia and a Master's degree in Human Centered Design & Engineering from the University of Washington.
