Hayley Pontia

Hayley Pontia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, user research, and communications. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at AnswerLab since January 2022, Hayley oversees project logistics, manages client relations, and centralizes documentation for the Research Operations Team. Previously, as a UX Research Recruiter at Upwork, Hayley sourced participants for user research studies. Prior experience includes roles as a lead researcher at Jobs for the Future and a UX researcher at the Beeck Center for Social Impact + Innovation. Hayley co-founded Thoughtbox during Georgetown University's Hoya Hacks and served in various roles across organizations such as New America and the National Portrait Gallery. Hayley holds a Master of Arts in Communication, Culture, and Technology from Georgetown University and dual Bachelor degrees in Psychology and Communications Rhetoric from the University of Pittsburgh.
