Garnett Grayson

Garnett Grayson has extensive experience in contact center operations, currently serving in a key role at AnswerNet since March 2021. As Director of Contact Center Operations for Eastern Canada at Stericycle Communication Solutions, a position held since November 2012, Garnett has also held the role of Regional Manager. Prior experience includes managerial positions at TigerTel, where roles have included Branch Manager and Operations Manager since January 2010. Garnett's educational background includes a degree from Western University, completed between 1996 and 2000.
