Jennis Narayan

Jennis Narayan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jennis began working as a Credit Collections Analyst at Covad Communications in 2004, managing delinquent accounts, conducting credit checks, and making collection decisions. In 2007, Jennis transitioned to the role of Senior Finance Analyst at MegaPath, focusing on aging portfolio collection efforts and maintaining target DSO levels. From 2010 to 2015, Jennis served as the Senior Manager of Billing Collections and Cash Apps at Global Capacity, overseeing a large portfolio of accounts and managing a team. In 2016, Jennis became the Director of Operations at INFOTECH Telecommunications & Network Inc., where they established key performance indicators, managed a call center in Fiji, and maintained vendor partnerships. Jennis then joined Vialpando LLC in 2019 as a Senior Business and Finance Manager, responsible for client invoicing, budget forecasting, and expense tracking. Most recently, Jennis has been working at AnswerNet as the General Manager and has recently been promoted to the role of Director of Operations.

Jennis Narayan earned a Bachelor's degree in Science from The University of the South Pacific, where they attended from 1997 to 2000. Prior to that, they obtained a certification as a Certified Business Associate from the National Association of Credit Management in 2005.
