Randy Cruz

Randy Cruz has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Randy is currently working as a Manager of Site Reliability & DevOps at AnswerRocket, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, Randy worked as a DevOps Manager at FLYR Labs (We're Hiring) from August 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining FLYR Labs, Randy worked at the Georgia Tech Research Institute as a Product Support & DevOps Engineer from February 2020 to August 2021. Randy also served as an IT Manager at T.Y. Lin International from January 2019 to February 2020.

Randy's earlier experiences include working at the Georgia Tech Research Institute as an Infrastructure Lead from July 2017 to December 2018, and as a Jr. Linux Administrator from September 2016 to July 2017. Randy also worked as a Jr. Systems Administrator at the Orange County Tax Collector from December 2014 to August 2016.

Randy began their career as a Senior IT Support Technician at the University of Central Florida from October 2012 to December 2014. With their strong background in IT support and DevOps, Randy has gained extensive experience in managing and supporting various technical systems and infrastructure.

Randy Cruz completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology from the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2017 to 2022. Additionally, in December 2019, they obtained a certification as a Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect from Google.
