Kayla Reed

Kayla Reed is an experienced communications professional, currently serving as the Internal Communications Manager for Culture and Brand at Ansys since September 2020. Prior to this role, Kayla held various positions at Covestro, including Manager of Internal Communications and Internal Communications Representative, from October 2010 to September 2020. Kayla's career includes entrepreneurial experience as the Owner and Graphic Designer at Kreative Junction LLC from June 2010 to September 2016, as well as graphic design and administrative roles at organizations such as Magee-Womens Research Institute and Foundation, South Hills Chamber of Commerce, and Clarion University of Pennsylvania. Kayla began their professional journey with early marketing internships during high school and earned a BA in Mass Media Arts with a focus on Journalism and Communication Studies from PennWest Clarion in 2009.
