Michelle Rushe

Michelle Rushe is a seasoned Lead Program Manager at Ansys, with a focus on supporting the CTO and collaborating with the Field CTO Team to enhance technical presentations for customers. With a background in academic development and account management, Michelle has significant experience in customer engagement and business development across North America and Australasia. Prior roles include a Business Analyst at UBS Investment Bank, where Michelle implemented project management improvements, and an Associate Quality Engineer at Alcon. Additionally, Michelle has expertise in Six Sigma methodologies and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Master of Science in Ergonomics Human Factors from Loughborough University.
