Richard Dumas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product marketing and strategy within the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of AI Product Strategy at Five9 since November 2020, Richard oversees the product and go-to-market strategy for the company's voice and digital Intelligent Virtual Agent (IVA) platform.
