Wenguang Chen

Since 2022, Mr. Chen Wenguang has served as the President of Ant Technology Research Institute.

Mr. Chen joined Ant Group in 2020 as the head of graph computing technology. He has extensive experience in the research of high-performance computing programming models and compilation systems. In recent years, his focus has been on the research of the next generation smart computation systems, including graph computing systems. Mr. Chen is also a professor at Tsinghua University's Department of Computer Science, a laureate of the National Natural Science Foundation of China for Distinguished Young Scholars, a fellow and outstanding speaker of the CCF, as well as the vice chairman of the Beijing Computer Society. From 2017 to 2020, he was the chairman of the ACM China Council. Mr. Chen Wenguang graduated from Tsinghua University in 2000 with a doctorate degree in computer science.
