Magreth Mushi

Magreth Mushi, PhD, PMP, is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in academic research and mentorship, currently serving as the Platform Director for AERPAW at North Carolina State University since September 2021. Mushi has led software development teams, contributing to over 100 wireless experiments and numerous peer-reviewed publications. With a strong background in managing cross-functional teams and fostering mentorship programs, Magreth has positively impacted STEM education for young girls through the GetMAGIC organization. Previous roles include Executive Director at the Tanzania Education and Research Network and Technical Consultant for the Tanzania e-Government Authority, showcasing expertise in project management and the development of innovative technologies in both educational and governmental sectors. Magreth holds a Ph.D. in Network Security from North Carolina State University, accompanied by advanced degrees in computer applications security and computer science from the University of Dar es Salaam.
