Michelle Tai

Michelle Tai is an HR professional with extensive experience across various companies and roles. Currently serving as HR at Antalpha since November 2022, Michelle manages payroll, recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations across multiple regions including Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Australia, and BVI. Prior experience includes a position as a Financial Services Consultant at AIA Singapore and as an HR & Admin Officer at FILA, where responsibilities encompassed full-spectrum HR functions for a team of 100 employees. Michelle further developed HR expertise as a Human Resources Executive at Ley Choon Group Holdings Ltd and Legate Enterprise Pte Ltd, handling Covid-19 related HR matters and payroll transactions. An academic background in Finance was completed at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
