Sophie Ballagh

Sophie Ballagh is a co-owner of Poet's Ode Retreat, a boutique accommodation for creatives and nature enthusiasts, and co-founder of Yin & Bang Refill, a start-up promoting refillable personal care products to reduce single-use plastics. Sophie also works as a Senior Polar Guide and Lead Adventure Guide at Antarctica21 and is a co-owner of Ballagh|Blyth, where Sophie focuses on exploration, self-discovery, and embracing life. Sophie's background includes education at Otago Polytechnic and University of Otago.
