Joy Rooney

Joy Rooney is a seasoned sustainability consultant with extensive experience in greenhouse gas accounting, environmental liability management, and sustainability reporting at Antea Group since June 2012. Previously, Joy served as Office Leader for Water Quality Technician at Capitol Region Watershed District, addressing illicit discharges into the Mississippi River. Prior experiences include roles as a Hydrological Technician with the US Forest Service and US Geological Survey, where significant contributions were made to hydrological studies and data management. Joy's academic background includes a degree in Biosystems and Bioproducts Engineering from the University of Minnesota, specializing in environmental engineering and hydrology.
