David Cooper

David Cooper has over 28 years of experience in technology and consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Innovation & Consulting at Antech Systems, Inc. since August 1995, David also holds the position of Corporate Vice Chairman and has worked as a Technology Consultant for Performance Support Systems and Program Manager for NAVAIR Programs. From July 2012 to December 2015, David was the President of the Digital Wave Technologies Division following a merger with Antech Systems. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from the University of Maryland and an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Bryn Athyn College of the New Church.
