Bridget Cook

Bridget Cook is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at Antelope Valley College since January 2020, following a distinguished 21-year tenure in the same role for the Antelope Valley Union High School District. During that time, Bridget advised school board members and district administration, supporting a community of over 20,000 students and 2,000 employees. In addition to this experience, Bridget held leadership positions within the California Council of School Attorneys, including Immediate Past President and Vice President for Programs, where responsibilities included the curation of program topics and speakers for various events. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Whittier Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from UCLA.
