Jing Qian

From July 1999 to July 2002, Ms. Qian served as an associate at The Boston Consulting Group. From March 2005 to December 2008, she served as a project manager at McKinsey & Company. From January 2009 to March 2010, Ms. Qian was appointed as a director responsible for business development and strategic planning for the Asia-Pacific region at Baxter (China) Investment Co., Ltd. From April 2010 to January 2012, she was appointed as a vice president in charge of business development at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Ms. Qian served as the principal at Fidelity Growth Partners Asia from January 2012 to December 2013. From February 2014 to October 2018, she was appointed as an executive director at FountainVest Partners. Since October 2018, Ms. Qian has been a partner at Pivotal BioVenture Partners China, a venture capital firm specializing in venture building in the life science industry.
