Ivan Yonas Nainggolan

Ivan Yonas Nainggolan is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and people development. Currently serving as the People Development Section Head at Anteraja since August 2019, Ivan previously held the role of People Development & Recruitment Specialist at the same company. Prior to this, Ivan worked as a Corporate Recruitment Officer at Triputra Group from April 2018 to August 2019. Ivan's early career included an internship at the Dinas Psikologi TNI AU, where responsibilities included conducting psychological tests for candidates of the Indonesian Cadet Military Academy and Airforce pilots. Ivan Yonas Nainggolan holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, earned between 2012 and 2017.
