JOB SUMMARY:
Looking for a Web Designer that is both creative and technically savvy, and who can construct or remodel websites with both skills. He should be able to comprehend what is required to create a website that is both effective and user-friendly while also being aesthetically pleasing to the user.Web designer is responsible for creating and designing visually appealing and user-friendly websites. They combine their creative and technical skills to develop website layouts, graphics, and interactive features that meet the client's requirements. Web designers work closely with clients or project managers to understand their goals and objectives,ensuring the website design aligns with their brand identity and target audience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Web Design and Development: Design visually appealing and intuitive websites that align with the organization's branding guidelines and client requirements. Develop responsive web layouts using HTML, CSS, andJavaScript to ensure optimal user experience across different devices and screen sizes.
• User Experience (UX) Design: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform and improve the website's UX. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate and validate design concepts.
•  User Interface (UI) Design: Design aesthetically pleasing and functional user interfaces that enhance user
  engagement and interaction. Create and maintain a design system, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across multiple projects.
• Web Design Trends and Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest web design trends, emerging technologies,and best practices. Continuously improve your design skills and knowledge to deliver innovative and cutting-edge web solutions.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers,content creators, and project managers to gather requirements, understand project goals, and ensuresuccessful project delivery. Communicate design concepts, ideas, and rationales to stakeholders and team members.
• Quality Assurance and Testing: Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to ensure websites are error-free,meet design specifications, and function optimally across different browsers and devices.
• Project Management: Manage multiple web design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines. Provide accurate time and effort estimations for design-related tasks.
• Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements, provide design recommendations, and address any design-related queries or concerns.
• Conceptualizing creative ideas.
• Improving the design of the website and logo.
• Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding.
• Working with different content management systems
• Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, Email Templates and wireframes.
•  Designing sample pages including colors and fonts.
• Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure

MANDATORY SKILLS

• Proven experience as a web designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and expertise.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and other
  visual design tools.
• Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first design approach.
• Good understanding of CMS (content management systems).
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Excellent visual design skills.
• Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
• Creative and open to new ideas.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques
• Understanding of web design frameworks and libraries (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation)

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a closely related discipline is required.Minimum of 0 to 1 year of experience.
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
• Well organized with project planning and execution.
• Experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good team player within a target-driven environment.
• Excellent English communication - both written and verbal.
