Edwin Nollen has extensive work experience in various engineering and managerial roles. Edwin currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Anteryon B.V. Prior to that, they worked at Schunk Xycarb Technology as the QESH Manager and later as the Quality Assurance Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for quality assurance, quality engineering, and leading a team of professionals in the microelectronics industry. Before that, Edwin was the Engineering Manager, Process Improvement Manager at Malvern Panalytical, where they oversaw process engineering, supply chain engineering, and customer support. Edwin also introduced new technologies and implemented Lean Six Sigma programs. As the Engineering, Quality & HSE Manager and Operations Manager at INEOS, Edwin was responsible for managing engineering, quality, health, safety, and environmental aspects. Edwin also worked as a Production Manager and Operational Excellence Leader during their time at INEOS. Edwin started their career at DuPont Teijin Films, where they worked as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Process Engineer.
Edwin Nollen obtained their Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, which they pursued from 1990 to 1996. In 2011 to 2012, they attended TIAS School for Business and Society and received an ESCM Certificate in Excellence in Supply Chain Management. Continuing their education, from 1997 to 1999, Edwin Nollen completed a Professional Doctorate in Engineering (PDeng) with a specialization in Process and Product Design also at Eindhoven University of Technology.
