Marno Panis

Marno Panis has extensive experience in technology development and innovation management, currently serving as Development Lead at Anteryon B.V. since March 2018, where responsibilities include assessing new technology requests and scaling prototypes. Prior roles include Innovation Manager and Lead Engineer at TE Connectivity, focusing on market validation, mm wave applications, active connectivity, and fiber optics for automotive and datacom sectors. Marno's career began at Sonion Nederland b.v. as a Development Engineer and included positions as an Innovation Advisor at Syntens and an investigator at Philips ATC. Marno holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Twente and a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Symbol.
