Paul Conley

Paul Conley is an experienced financial executive with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as the Community Financial Officer for Anthem Community Council since January 2020, Paul oversees the financial management of the Master Planned Community in Anthem, Arizona. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Director of Finance/Controller at Total Airport Services from December 2013 to January 2020, where Paul managed accounting and audit procedures for operations across multiple cities. Paul also held the position of CFO at Care Concepts of Louisiana, responsible for financial matters in a startup specializing in diabetes testing equipment, and served as CFO/Controller for UPIC Package Insurance Coverage and FDSI Logistics, managing all accounting and financial oversight. Additionally, Paul was a Controller at Starving Students Movers Inc., as well as CFO for Carrand Companies, Cadna Automotive, and RPS within the automotive aftermarket sector. Paul Conley earned a degree in Economics from UCLA between 1977 and 1982.
