Rachele Thomas

Rachele Thomas, BSN, RN, CDAL, CDP, currently serves as the Regional Director of Clinical Services at Anthem Memory Care, overseeing nursing for memory care communities since February 2023. With extensive experience in senior living, Rachele previously held the position of Regional Director of Nursing for Cedarhurst Senior Living, managing clinical operations across multiple Assisted Living and Memory Care communities in Northern and Central Illinois and Indiana. Rachele's background includes roles as Executive Director at both The Arbor Company and Atria Senior Living, and Senior Executive Director at Frontier Management, where Rachele contributed significantly to the management and development of memory care facilities. Additionally, Rachele has experience in healthcare operations and client relations from roles at BrightStar Care and Aggeus Healthcare. Rachele's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marquette University, a Senior Living Executive Course from the University of Southern California, and participation in the Executive Director Leadership Institute through Argentum.
