Grant Balacko

Grant Balacko is an experienced construction professional with a robust background in project management and site supervision. Currently serving as Senior Site Superintendent at Anthem Properties Group Ltd. since February 2025, Balacko previously held the position of Construction Superintendent at Bosa Development, overseeing the Pier West project from May 2021 to June 2025. Balacko's extensive experience also includes roles as General Superintendent at Rize Alliance Properties and Project Superintendent at Westbank Corp, where notable projects included The Lauren and Telus Gardens office. With a strong foundation in hotel construction, Balacko played key roles in the Shangri-La Toronto and Fairmont Pacific Rim projects. Additional experience spans over two decades in various construction superintendent roles and carpentry leadership positions.
