Jonathan Curtis is an accomplished leadership coach and well-being advocate with extensive experience in educational consultancy and executive coaching. As the Founder of Go-Forward since August 2016, Jonathan engages with a diverse range of clients, including educational trusts and corporate organizations, to foster growth through coaching and mentoring. Jonathan currently holds multiple roles, including Associate Assistant Headteacher and Executive Coach at Anthem Schools Trust and Educational Consultant at St Crispin's School, both focused on developing leadership skills and curriculum consultancy in Design and Technology. Additionally, Jonathan has a background in pastoral leadership and volunteer coordination within community settings. Educational qualifications include a PGCE in Design & Technology from Brunel University and various certifications in coaching and mental health.

Anthem started out in 2011 under the name CfBT Schools Trust with just three schools, and now serves over 8,000 children and young people across the East Midlands, London and Thames Valley. All our schools are unique, and each has something special to offer. Together, we create ambitious and successful schools where every child thrives. As a multi-academy trust, Anthem is first and foremost a school improvement organisation, responsible for ensuring that the public money we receive to run our 11 primary schools and five secondary schools is used to drive the best possible outcomes for their pupils and students.
