Michael Miller

Michael Miller has extensive experience in corporate development, strategy, and finance. From May 2022 to the present, they have served as the Director of Corporate Development and Strategy at Anthem Sports & Entertainment Inc. Prior to this role, they worked as the Principal at MF Miller from September 2019 onwards. From August 2016 to September 2019, Michael was the Director of Finance at White Sheep Corp., where they co-founded a private equity group focused on cannabis companies. In this role, they negotiated deals, conducted due diligence, and provided oversight to portfolio companies. Additionally, Michael worked as an Investment Associate at McLean Watson Capital from May 2015 to June 2018. Michael conducted due diligence on prospective investments, performed valuations, developed financial models, and provided strategic recommendations.

Michael Miller completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History and East Asian Studies at the University of Toronto from 2004 to 2008. Michael then pursued further education at the Schulich School of Business - York University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Strategic Management from 2012 to 2014.
