Founder and Co-CIO at Anthemis

Amy Nauiokas lives and leads with fearless conviction. As a CEO, CIO, creator, and investor, Amy is an unwavering champion of change. Amy is fueled by a mission to break down barriers and create a more equitable society. With a prestigious career spanning multiple industries, Amy doesn’t accept the status quo. She shatters it.

As Co-Founder, Co-CIO and Co-Chair of Anthemis, the leading fintech investment platform, Amy is forging a more forward-thinking, strategic, and diverse financial system. Additionally, she is the CEO and Chair of Anthemis Digital Acquisitions, a 100% female-led and ESG-focused special purpose acquisition corporation (SPAC). Equally passionate about transforming the media landscape, she is the founder and CEO of award-winning production company Archer Gray, which promotes and amplifies a wide array of underrepresented voices and stories.

Amy has earned a number of notable accolades for her groundbreaking work. She was recognized as one of 100 Powerful Women in leadership by Entrepreneur Magazine and named among finance’s most powerful dealmakers in Institutional Investor’s Fintech Finance 40. She has also appeared on Variety’s Dealmakers Elite New York, Variety’s Women of Impact, The Memo’s 16 Pioneering Women Shaking Up Digital Finance, Financial News’ Top 100 Rising Stars, Forbes’ 40 Under Forty: Ones to Watch, Global Finance’s Top 20 Women in Wealth Management, and Venture Capital Journal’s 10 Women of Influence: VC Making Strides on Diversity from Within.

Before Anthemis, Amy was CEO and managing director of Barclays Stockbrokers and head of Barclays Capital’s global e-commerce business, where she spearheaded the international expansion of the firm’s electronic products and markets. Her leadership boosted revenue by 40% in under two years and accelerated Barclays’ transformation into a renowned global financial services portal.

Amy’s impressive credentials also include serving as senior managing director and partner at Cantor Fitzgerald, where she was instrumental in digitizing its brokerage business and successfully launching eSpeed, Inc., (which later sold to NASDAQ for $750M). When Cantor suffered devastating losses on September 11, Amy worked tirelessly to mobilize rebuilding efforts and secure a meaningful, lasting legacy for victims and their families.

Amy displays the same passion and perseverance in her career at Archer Gray. She created the media company with a mission to do things differently: to identify and empower the people, voices, and stories that have been traditionally ignored by the industry. Her work is built on the belief that powerful storytelling will inspire meaningful dialogue, shed light on critical issues, and shift cultural tides.
