Bruce Aust is the retired Vice Chairman of Nasdaq where he worked closely with Nasdaq’s Global Listings Services business to assist clients and prospective clients worldwide from 2015 to 2019. Mr. Aust also served as President of the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center, located in San Francisco and played an integral role in its creation and launch. The Entrepreneurial Center is a nonprofit organization funded by the Nasdaq Educational Foundation, designed to engage emerging entrepreneurs through events, hands-on mentorship and education.

Previously, as Executive Vice President, Mr. Aust led Nasdaq’s new listings and capital markets business, as well as global business development and C-suite relationship management, overseeing 3,900 companies on Nasdaq’s sixteen listing markets worldwide. During his tenure of over twenty years, Nasdaq won some of the largest IPO’s in Nasdaq history including Google, Facebook, Tesla, PayPal and Baidu. Mr. Aust has assisted over 300 companies with public listings while developing relationships with leading Nasdaq listed company CEO’s.

Prior to Nasdaq, Mr. Aust spent twelve years at Fidelity Investments in numerous roles within their retail brokerage unit from 1986 to 1998. Mr. Aust is currently a strategic advisor and board member to several private companies as well as an advisor to 150 Bond, an advisory firm to C-level executives. Mr. Aust holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi.
