Katrina Cruz

Katrina is Head of Talent at Anthemis. Katrina focuses on building founding teams and nurturing Anthemis’ talent network, supporting portfolio companies to help scale. Beyond hiring strategy and planning, she works closely with founders and CEOs as a trusted advisor on people practice – from organisational design, diversity and inclusion, to employer branding.

Katrina’s passion is to support founders’ leadership development and resilience. She has trained as a coach with NeuroLeadership Institute and is currently an advisor to The Lo, a startup and membership community for queer women to connect. She started her career at ClearlySo, a leading impact investment firm advising entrepreneurs on fundraising and managing their angel investor network.

Katrina read Spanish, Portuguese & Latin American Studies at the University of Manchester before exploring social anthropology and entrepreneurship in the Philippines. Outside work, she is on a constant hunt for great coffee.
