Patrick Watson

Patrick Watson is the Finance Director at Anthemis. Previously, Patrick was Chief Financial Officer at private equity firm 8c Capital, where he put in place systems and procedures and readied the firm for investor operational due diligence. Patrick also led the Funds Reporting team at 3i Group plc and, prior to that, was responsible for fund finance for Deutsche Bank’s infrastructure funds.

Patrick graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2002 with a degree in modern languages. Before qualifying as a chartered accountant, he studied Italian and French at university and spent a year teaching English in Rome. In his spare time, when not trying to keep up with his young family, he enjoys cooking and going to concerts.
