Arvind Gautam

Arvind Gautam is currently a Principal Consultant for the Middle East at Anthesis. Previously, they worked as the Chief Specialist for Sustainability & Green Economy for Roads and Transport Authority - Dubai from February 2021 to March 2022. Prior to that, they were the Sustainability & Green Economy Project Manager for Roads and Transport Authority from June 2016 to April 2019. Arvind also worked as a Manager for Protiviti Middle East Member Firm from October 2015 to August 2020.

Arvind is responsible for managing Sustainability, Innovation, Green Economy, Climate Change and Resource Efficiency in RTA, Dubai. Arvind is also responsible for developing long – term Sustainability, Innovation, and Green Economy Strategy in line with International, Federal and Local strategies. In addition, they manage the Corporate Sustainability Framework, business plan, Sustainability programs, Initiatives, Reporting. Arvind represents RTA, Dubai on different forums for Sustainability, Innovation and Green Economy and is responsible for managing internal and external stakeholders for Sustainability and Innovation aspects in RTA, Dubai.

Arvind Gautam completed an Executive MBA at the SP Jain School of Global Management - Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore & Sydney. Arvind also holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Energy Management from the Ambedkar Institute of Productivity, National Productivity Council, Chennai. Arvind completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University.
