Emma Lindsay

Emma is an Associate Director within the Strategy team. Since joining Anthesis in 2021 Emma has supported strategy development for clients such as Amazon, Nestlé, Johnson & Johnson and Diageo. Previously Emma worked in-house at Nestlé in corporate brand, innovation, marketing, & eCommerce and also has experience in SME’s and working with start-ups in the silicon valley. Emma has lived and worked in the UK, US and Spain, on global projects spanning strategy development and innovation in health and sustainability.

Emma has a 1st class BSc in Marketing & Design, with an additional specialism in Psychology and Design Thinking. She is a trained Innovation coach, fluent in Spanish and a conversational French speaker. Emma is passionate about using her role in consultancy to positively influence clients to use their positions of responsibility at work to drive positive changes towards a more sustainable future.
